It has been a challenging time, that is why our health has never been more important. Madeleine supports the
Royal Hobart Hospital, which recently celebrated its 200 year anniversary. The hospital was rebuilt by Madeleine's great-uncle Premier AG Ogilvie in the 1930's, whose statue stands on Parliament lawns. We have so much more to do to bring down waiting times, increase capacity and to make sure all have a positive healthcare experience. A key part of the work Madeleine is doing is focused on preventative health efforts. Madeleine has called for a Parliamentary Inquiry into preventative health, called for the regulation of e-cigarettes and is focused on improving outdoor spaces across Clark for walkers and bike riding.
